Downloading and Installing the Manuals

Network Installation Guide

If you plan to install Library Master on a network file server or workstations that will share a database on a network, read the Network Guide first. You can download the Network Guide here.

Library Master 5 and later

Library Master 5 and later includes electronic manuals in the installation program. Simply select the manuals to install them when you install the program.

Library Master 4.15

1. Download the Library Master 4.15 electronic manuals installation program. [2.2 MB] If your Web browser tries to run this program when you click on the link, right click on the link and select "Save Link As" or "Save Target As" to save the file to your computer.

2. To install the electronic manuals, run the downloaded program (lmwdoc4.exe). This installation program assumes you have already installed Library Master. It creates links to the manual files in your Library Master program group on the Windows Start button.

3. You will need the free Adobe Acrobat Reader to read these documents. If you do not have this program, follow this link to download and install it before using the electronic manuals.

Shortcuts to the electronic manuals are created in the Library Master group of the Windows Start menu. To read a manual, select the desired Shortcut from the Windows Start menu.
